Order Cancellation

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment! Because your order begins processing immediately after it is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once they are submitted. However, if you change your mind, you can reach out to our support team once you receive your item to initiate a quick and easy return for a refund.


Shipping Options & Coverage

Priority + Insured Shipping: If you select this option at checkout, you are fully covered! If your order is lost in transit, you can choose to have it reshipped or fully refunded.

Free & Standard Shipping: If your package is lost during transit, we will gladly reship it to you at no extra cost.


International Shipping

We are proud to ship to over 200 countries! We operate warehouses in the USA, Asia, the UK, and Australia to ensure fast and efficient fulfillment. Your items will automatically ship from the warehouse closest to you with available stock. Note: If you are located in a region we cannot currently ship to, our team will reach out to you immediately.


Lost or Missing Packages

Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order, as [Store Name]™ cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and replace your order completely free of charge.


Customs & Duties

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties once your items have shipped. By purchasing from our store, you consent that your packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Note: For select free shipping methods, tracking updates may occasionally be limited.

"My tracking says 'No information available at the moment'."

Don't worry! For some carriers, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and your tracking is still blank, please contact us for assistance.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons and to get your items to you as fast as possible, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
